RUSSELL LAWN Principal, commenced practice in 1986 holding a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws. He has carried out significant litigation work both in the New Zealand District Court, High Court and the Court of Appeal together with carrying out building industry documentation and contract formation and performance. DAIL JONES Consultant, obtained a Bachelor of Laws in 1968. He is a former Member of Parliament for Helensville 1975 – 1984. He has extensive commercial and general practice experience including commercial building agreements. WILLEM STRAUSS Solicitor, holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws practised as a lawyer in Cape Town, South Africa for some 15 years before commencing practice with KH Law Centre at the beginning of 2001 and he is specialising in debt recovery work relating to the building industry. |
